How I use your information
Last updated 15 October 2026.
Who I am
Sully Scales is run by Sully Fazie in the UK. I decide how your information is used. Questions or requests: [email protected].
What I collect
- Challenge waitlist: your email address and any of the optional questions you answer.
- Where you came from: the link tags in the address you arrived on, the site that sent you, the first page you landed on, the app you opened it in (for example TikTok) and your country.
- Site statistics: pages viewed, free tools downloaded, device type, rough location (country and city) and a one-way scrambled version of your network address, so I can count visits without knowing who you are.
Why, and the legal basis
- To email you about the 30-day AI challenge and when it opens. You ask for this by joining the waitlist (consent).
- To shape the challenge from your answers, see which videos and links bring people here, keep the site working and stop spam sign-ups (legitimate interests).
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the waitlist and statistics for me. It may process data outside the UK under standard data protection safeguards. If you join the newsletter or the community, Substack and Skool handle that under their own privacy policies. I never sell your information.
How long I keep it
Waitlist details stay until you unsubscribe, ask me to delete them, or the list is no longer needed. I review it at least once a year. Statistics are kept only as long as they are useful for running the site.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and I'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and browser storage
There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores two small things on your own device: your place in the waitlist questions, and the link you arrived from, so a sign-up can be matched to the video that sent you. Clearing your browser data removes both.
